Yes catalogs are currently distributed to only retailers that have active accounts but not to the consumes.

When I purchase something how long will it take to processed and shipped? 

Completed orders are processed immediately and shipped out within 48-hours of purchase. WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
